Meet Baxter,

WORKING DOG UNDERSTANDS SOME COMMANDS IN GERMAN ! NEEDS A HERO WHO WILL GIVE HIM THE ENRICHMENT HE NEEDS AND CRAVES! THIS IS ONE WHO WILL BE KILLED FIRST BECAUSE HE LOVES ADVENTURES!
He is a very intelligent dog, knows some commands in German, learns fast and is very BORED in his kennel with a high energy level. When outside of his kennel, he is a lot better, especially after blowing off some steam.took him out one on one due to his behavioral concerns. He will attack the leash as he loves tug of war. Each time he bit the leash I sprayed pet corrector. He is very smart and quickly learned and left the leash alone which allowed me to leash him and get him outside. He pulls quite hard but is super food motivated and knows basic commands in German. He is very sweet and playful. He was overarroused in the yard but was still attentive to me and listened to all corrections given. He did attempt to escape the yard, but has pent up energy from being on stray hold. I took him on a walk on the path and he was much better. He was better on leash, visibly more relaxed, more receptive and attentive. He did attack the stuffed dog in the volunteer room but was playing with it like a toy not attacking it like another animal. He went back into his kennel without an issue. He's a high energy, more than likely working dog, who needs enrichment to prevent him from going kennel crazy
He had good greetings but was more interested in the yard than the other dogs. He explored and used the restroom, mostly keeping to himself. He was sexually motivated but is still intact and was receptive to correction. He really is a good boy but needs that confident person ! TEXT KAREN TO SAVE BAXTER 4136298152
