If you’ve been searching for a big boy that was built for snuggles, look no further than Maximus! As soon as you hit the bed/couch/chair, he will be right there with you keeping you warm. The only thing softer than his fur, is his big heart. This boy is built for loving, and definitely not a fighter. True to his blues, he really is a giant baby. He doesn’t mind being picked up, held or cuddled, in fact he may demand it. Max would do best as a solo cat, or with another animal who also values a quality lounge as he does. Don’t be fooled by his ability to lay around all day, he has quite the play streak in him and will come running for treats or feeding time.

Adoption fee: $150. Adoption fee for two kitties: $225

Maximus is neutered, up to date with vaccines, has tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and is microchipped.

We offer a Foster program for those who would like to provide a temporary home to one in need.

All older puppies (6 mos or more) and adults are fully vetted prior to adoption.

Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue is a NO KILL animal rescue dedicated to providing shelter and loving care (which includes food, veterinary care and any other necessity) for animals that were abused, abandoned, owner surrendered, or destined to be euthanized due to over-crowded shelter conditions. Through the use of foster homes, Proverbs will care for these animals until such time as a good, responsible, loving home can be found for all adoptable animals.
