Say hello to PUGSLEY! He is about 4 months old and sweet as can be. PUGSLEY and his 2 siblings were found abandoned on a very, very cold night with packs of coyotes roaming around the area. Thankfully, PUGSLEY and his siblings were picked up by a Good Samaritan and brought to us!

PUGSLEY is a happy, healthy and playful buddy. He is house trained, crate trained and he is great with dogs, kids and we suspect he would be good with cats (but not cat tested yet!). PUGSLEY would be a great addition to any family - guaranteed to bring lots of love and laughs to any life!

Most of our Meets are done virtually due to Covid as well as successful adopters are often geographically distanced. Fosters and potential adopters arrange "Facetime" meetings.

More about this rescue

A Lab for Life (ALL) provides a compassionate life-line to abandoned dogs that includes a safe haven, medical care by a licensed veterinarian, nutrition (food) and a fur-ever family through adoption. ALL promotes the humane treatment of animals in the community.

ALL was founded in July 2020 by a group of dog advocates in central Oklahoma and
Northeastern US after some had been volunteering with an out of state rescue for over 5 years. That experience solidified a local organization was needed. ALL formed to rescue as many stray, homeless and owner surrendered dogs as possible by partnering with many state-wide shelters and rescue operations. In addition to transferring homeless dogs from the shelters, fostering them in temporary homes and adopting them out, we also provide behavioral and medical resources to people who are considering surrendering their dog in an effort to keep the dog in their homes and out of the shelter/rescue system.
ALL operates under the 5 freedoms for animal welfare.
