Bo is the ultimate good boy, bursting with sweetness! Fetch is his jam, and he’s all about those epic long walks and runs. Splashing through puddles? Yes, please! This pup is a crate-trained superstar and knows all the classic commands - sit, down, here, place, and shake like a pro. He’s a friendly fella, especially with smaller doggos, and while’s he’s had limited cat encounters, they barely register in his radar. Oh, and if you’re handing out belly rubs? Get ready for a happy dance, because food is his driving force!

BoBo is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.

Adopting from The Love Pit means gaining a family member. It means gaining a network of pit bull advocates, ready to support you and provide you with all of the resources we can. Most importantly, adopting from The Love Pit saves lives. When you adopt, you're saving the life of your own dog, opening space in their foster home for another shelter dog in need, and creating space in the shelter kennel for a dog whose life would have otherwise been on the line. More about this rescue

We are a foster/volunteer based 501c3 nonprofit dog rescue in Dallas, Texas. Our mission is to reduce the number of homeless pit bull type dogs in shelters and on the streets through rescue, rehabilitation, education, and advocacy.

Our goal is to educate the public about a breed that often falls victim to breed specific legislation, discrimination, and cruelty and promote responsible pet ownership through spay/neuter initiatives, vaccinations, and training resources.
