I am a very small, loving little girl with a problem. The vets suspect I have a condition called feline herpes. It's not contagious to humans or dogs or anything and doesnt really bother me, other than I get congested alot and sometimes I sneeze out some boogies. My foster mama wipes my nose for me and we get back to snuggling, but lots of forever families have passed me over because they worry I'm really sick. I hope my family who doesnt mind my occasional snottiness is out there looking for me! I have PURRFECT litterbox manners, love all people and other kitties, and am ok with cat-friendly doggies, too!
** The vast majority of cats in our area carry the feline herpes virus already, but do not express it like Pocus does. You shouldn't have to worry about your other cats. If you have questions about your other cats, please reach out to your vet prior to adopting. Pocus may grow out of it as she (and her immune system) mature, or it may be a life-long condition, we don't know.**
