Meet Potter, our magical 10-month-old, 41.6-pound Lab/Shar Pei mix who’s ready to cast a spell on your heart! ???? Full of happiness and friendly charm, this little wizard is always up for an adventure. Whether it's going for walks or exploring the great outdoors, Potter loves to sniff out all the exciting ‘charms’ in the yard. Though he’s an independent boy, he’ll happily appear when treats are on the table—after all, who could resist a tasty ‘spell’? ?
Potter’s not a big fan of toys, but he loves running around and making new friends with neighboring dogs. He’s as cool as a wizard under pressure, taking everything in stride. If you're looking for a fun-loving companion who’s always up for an adventure, Potter is ready to ‘apparate’ into your life and bring a little magic to your home! ?

Applications and contracts are required for adoptions. An effort is made to make a home visit before the dog goes into the new family. The adoption fee ranges between $150 and $200. Included in the fee: spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, heartworm testing, preventatives, and years of happiness and laughter.

LUV A DOG is a 501c3 non-profit rescue whose goal is to find homes for dogs that have either been strays, in shelters, rescued from neglect or abuse, or owner surrenders. Safe, warm, dry, and loved is the promise made to these homeless dogs.
