My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Due to a recently diagnosed allergy to cats in our household, we can no longer keep him. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and I’m desperately seeking help to ensure ChouChou finds the loving, patient home he deserves.

ChouChou is a sweet, sensitive, and gentle 5-year-old cat. He’s a big boy (neutered), weighing about 23 pounds (He is a big one!!!), and is completely up-to-date on his vaccinations. He’s in perfect health but requires time and understanding to adapt to new surroundings and people.

Because of his sensitive nature, ChouChou would thrive best as the ONLY pet in a calm, quiet household where he can feel safe and loved.

Please Note: It may take weeks or even months for him to fully settle into his new home and build trust with his adopter. If you’re looking for an instant bond, he may not be the right match for you. So, ChouChou is looking for a very patient and understanding family.
