Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Sophie is an energetic 3 year old Hound. She is very loving and loves to play. She loves to go on walks and sniff around to find squirrels. We have been leash training with her, but there is still some slight pull. Sophie is house trained for the most part but does have few accidents here and there. She is good with other dogs, will need adjustment time, but will be okay. My reasoning for rehoming is I am no longer able to care for her financially. I have only had her for a short while and I am truly sad to let her go. I want her to have a forever home where she is loved and taken care of. She could be trained for tracking/hunting.
Updates: I am moving next week and I cannot take her with me.
