Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neptune is a very shy, timid cat. He came in with his 2 sisters that are also the same, very shy and timid.
This guy needs a very patient person to help him come out of his shell and shine bright.
Once you talk to him and let him settle, he does like being petted and will purr for soft scritches.
Not necessary to adopt with another cat, but he will need another cat in the home with him to bond with.
