Meet Keena! Her name means brave or courageous and both fit her perfectly. Keena is a gentle and affectionate older gal with tons of love left to give. She is fantastic on leash and really enjoys exploring. Keena is chill and well-mannered and will stay by your side. She is a fan of tasty treats and accepts them gently. Keena likes toys but rather be watching the other dogs play or getting pets from her person. She shows strong signs of being house-trained and shows appropriate behavior toward other dogs. Keena the Brave has overcome a lot to get where she is in life. She would love a home where she can relax and soak up all the affection from her family. Come in and meet this sweet girl today!

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Come on in and find your new best friend! Walk through our kennels and find a pet that you're interested in.

2.

Submit Application

Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for any other dogs/cats in your home is required prior to meeting with any of our adoptable animals

3.

Meet the Pet

You will get the chance to meet in a private visitation room. Meet & greets are required for dogs

4.

Pay Fee

$110 for dogs. $75 for cats. The second fee is waived if two cats are adopted together. Includes spay/neuter, chip, and vaccines

5.

Take the Pet Home

Your new pet can go home once they are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have received their rabies vaccination.
