Woodrow and his nine siblings were found abandoned at a home after their former owner moved and left the puppies behind to fend for themselves. At approximately two months old when they were found, it's highly unlikely that they would have survived if we hadn't of taken them in.

Warrick is one of the larger pups among this litter and has a big personality to match. Playful, friendly and very affectionate, this pup will capture your heart from the word "Go"! Adding Woodrow to your life will also add lots of love to it as well.

Woodrow has been started on his required first year "puppy" care but will still require additional vaccinations and de-wormings. A SoCo Rescue team member will advise what vaccinations, etc should still be obtained. His adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches six months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. His adopter must also be prepared to offer all of his basic training

An application must be submitted prior to meeting our dogs. After your app has been approved, we will set an appointment to meet

Interview

Phone/In Person interview conducted.

3.
Meet the Pet

An appointment to meet the dog(s) is set. A home visit is required. If all goes well at the meeting then the adoption will be finalized.

A number of our dogs/puppies may not be listed for adoption as they may be going through their vaccination/assessment period. We encourage people to give as much information about what they're looking for in a new pet as possible. Chances are, we may have what you're looking for.

Our facility isn't set up for "open" visitations; in keeping the safety of both our dogs and potential adopters safe, we require that an appointment be made prior to allowing visitors inside our building.

"SoCo Rescue" is a registered 501(c)3 organization with a valid GA Dept of Agriculture Rescue license.
Our mission is to provide a safe haven for those animals that we take in and work diligently to place them into the right home.
While we house only dogs at our facility, we do work with other groups that have cats available for adoption. We try to help any animal in need, regardless of it's species
