Hi there! I’m Leela. I’m a sweet little puppy who will be ready for her forever home in early March! As you can see from my photos, I'm still recovering from some pretty severe facial burns... I was rescued by Beagle Freedom Project after being found in a laundry basket that had been dumped on the side of the highway during the devastating Las Angeles fires of January, 2025. Now that I’m safe in a foster home, my burn wounds are healing, and I’m starting to thrive! Right now, I’m focused on growing big and strong so I can blossom into the happy puppy I’m meant to be! I love to snuggle with my siblings and foster mama and I’m sure to become the most loving and loyal companion you could ever meet!
