Sea Glass is a 3 month old Border Collie mix who glimmers bright against the sand! Sea was rescued from the shelter with several of her aquatic pals. She was a last minute addition to the freedom ride but we took one look at her puppy dog eyes and knew she had to come with us. Sea currently weighs 7 pounds and we expect she will be in the 20-30 pound range when she reaches her adult weight. Come get a unique piece of Sea Glass today!

Sea Glass is a playful and cuddly puppy who can’t wait to take the world by storm! This gal wakes up every day determined to make it better than the last. She loves to play, whether with her foster sibling or with her pile of toys. She loves to cuddle and thinks she is a total lapdog. She’s just the typical happy go lucky puppy with the brightest smile on her face. When Sea Glass gets older we know she will be an amazing companion for all the adventures you have planned. Sea Glass is super smart and food motivated so training will be a complete blast with her. She learned sit in less than an hour once she figured out snacks were involved and now training sessions are her favorite time of the day! She loves to play but then once she’s tired she is happy to flop down for a long nap. According to her foster mom she is the most perfect puppy. She would love to have a playful companion in her forever home but could also thrive solo. Sea Glass is just amazing and everyone who meets her falls instantly in love with her.

Sea Glass wakes up around 7 and enjoys some snuggles before she goes out for potty. She has breakfast and then spends a few hours playing with the resident husky mix. She has a nap after she’s tired herself out and then cycles between nap and play for the rest of the afternoon. Sea Glass has dinner at 5 PM and then spends the rest of her evening playing and cuddling until she’s ready for bed around 10 PM.

Sea Glass lives with a medium sized dog and they ADORE each other. They play all day and are the best of friends. She loves meeting new people especially when they have toys for her. Interested homes should be prepared to discuss plans for continued training and socialization. Sea Glass has so much personality in her little body that we can’t wait to see her forever home fall in love with!

Sea Glass is only an option for homes who have owned a dog of their own in the last 5 years. Kids should be over the age of 7.

More about this rescue

We are passionate folks who love dogs and love people! We strive to make the most appropriate match between human and canine. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not. We are excited to help people find the right pooch for them and look forward to meeting great folks and welcoming them into the DPS Family.
