We are a matched based adoption agency, if you see a dog in our program in which you are interested in adopting, please fill out our online application at kcpaws.org and one of our adoptions counselors will be in touch once your application has been screened. Please note that we do require dogs to meet all members of the family including existing pets in the home before finalizing during your in home adoption. Duke is 7 years old, Male, neutered, microchipped, up to date on all necessary vetting. His adoption fee is $200.

Meet Duke!

Duke was surrendered to us after his owner fell ill and could no longer care for him. He is a sweet, happy fur-ball and is looking for a place to roam around and play with other canine companions. He loves stuffies, romping around the yard, and getting all the treats! Duke is great with other dogs and people of all shapes and sizes, but says 'no thank you' to the feline friends. Duke can be a bit of a flight risk, so he needs to be kept on a leash or supervised in the yard when he's out! Duke is an all around great dog that would love to be your best friend forever.

Please complete our online adoption application if you wish to apply for one of our adoptable pets. Adoption fees range from $125 to $350. All dogs adopted from PAWS come with 1 months of free day care at KCPaws All pets adopted from PAWS will be current on their vaccinations and spayed or neutered and microchipped prior to their release.

We are an organization determined to work for the benefit of animals in need. Whether it be helping to find new homes for our adoptable friends or working in connection with local and City agency's to investegate cases of cruelty and neglect. We have a large facility and staff that is able to handle a wide variety of these types of issues as well as working with animals with behavioral, socialization, or training issues.
