My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When Cleo arrived on a chilly Thanksgiving weekend, her fragile condition broke our hearts. Her survival through the night was uncertain.

She was severely underweight, battling a painful skin infection, and arthritis, and she urgently needed life-saving care.

Cleo is a 13-year-old sweetheart whose soulful eyes and gentle gaze have a magical way of making you feel truly special. She has a quiet charm that lights up every room she enters. Even in her golden years, Cleo enjoys short walks and curling up under her favorite blanket for cozy snuggle sessions.

This darling girl has a sweet tooth for treats and is just starting to learn how to sit on command she’s a quick learner and very treat-motivated! She is showing great improvement with potty training and we believe she is very close to being fully housebroken. We have discovered Cleo’s tickle spot and it’s the cutest thing ever! She will wiggle and wag her tail, making you think she’s laughing.

She is easygoing with other dogs and we would encourage a meet and greet to ensure personalities are a good fit. This little lady would thrive in a calm, loving environment where she can enjoy the holidays surrounded by warmth and care.
