My name is Bella!

This is sweet Bella. She is three years old and had a rough start to life. For the first year, she lived with an owner who couldn't properly care for her. She ate human food and was in a kennel most of the day. She was rescued by a loving family but unfortunately the family dog attacked her multiple times, requiring several sessions of stitches and staples. We took her in and have had her for two years now.

I have a 3 year old and an infant. We've had a few circumstances over the years that have made me nervous. When cornered, Bellas tends to get nervous. She's growled a few times at my girls. She's never bit them, but they're so young they don't understand boundaries and I just think she'd be happier with a family with older kids.

She LOVES to play fetch and will bring her toy to you for hours. She's never had an accident, is not destructive, rarely barks, and is SUPER smart. Bella is great dog and we just want her to have a great family.
