His friendly demeanor is infectious, making friends with both humans and fellow canines alike. But don't let his sweetness fool you, Basil is also a funny little guy; his antics will keep you entertained for hours, bringing joy and laughter into your home. Basil is also incredibly smart and will quickly learn new commands and tricks. Basil has a lot to offer, his sweetness, friendliness, antics, and intelligence make him the perfect addition to any home. His unconditional love and companionship will make every day brighter. We're not sure how a lovely little puppy such as Basil and his sister, Chicklet became strays bound for a high-kill shelter, but such things happen. Luckily, MatchDog rescue has stepped in to intervene in their uncertain fate, and now they are destined for the life of cherished companions in New Jersey. If you'd like to meet Basil on January 18th, his application is easy to complete, and his adoption fee, affordable. Welcoming Basil into your life will bring both of you happiness.
As with all puppies, Basil's weight will increase as he grows. Please allow for an increase in weight. We will post updates as they become available.
A very small population of our dogs will not be altered. A refundable deposit of $125 will be added to the adoption fee for any dog that is not spayed or neutered. This $125 deposit is refundable via Venmo with proof of surgery and a copy of your contract.
