Hello friends!! My name is TIPI and here is some info about me:
PHYSICAL INFO:
RESCUE STORY - Well, my rescue story comes down to fate, really! You see, my rescuers (who are previous adopters through WCP!) were driving through the desert, 26 km from the nearest town of Mulege South Baja, and found me lying on the side of the road. I was semi-conscious, unable to walk, and infested with ticks. Surely, I would not have survived much longer out there all alone... which is why I feel SO lucky to have been found by these amazing hoomans! They scooped me up and took me home where they cleaned me up (picking nearly a hundred ticks off of me!) and gave me a safe place to rest. I went to the vet and received bloodwork, vaccinations, and got a thorough exam. Against all odds... I was in relatively healthy condition! I am now safe and sound with my rescuers, chillin' at their vacation home in Mexico along with their other two doggies. My rescuers say that I need and deserve a forever home- hopefully in Canada (with you?! wink wink, nudge nudge). My rescuers will be travelling back to Vancouver in March and I SO hope to accompany them if my forever home can be found before then!
TEMPERAMENT - I am a very affectionate and sweet girl who gets along with everyone I meet, after I get past my initial cautiousness and timidity. I am very gentle, loving, and social in settings where I feel safe and comfortable. My rescuers say I'm very smart and a fast learner - a highly trainable gal! I have the cutest little tail wags when I get excited, seriously... I'm the cutest little bean! I have developed a voracious appetite lately and am happy as a clam. In true puppy fashion, I will eat anything I can get off the ground (or coffee table, hehe), but I am never aggressive around food. I have a sweet soul and an easy-going nature (after I've had sufficient exercise, of course!). Here in Mexico, I sleep in the bedroom along with my rescuers and their two dogs. I'm a good sleeper and don't make a peep throughout the night. Honest and truly, I'm the sweetest girl who is surely going to make a fantastic companion! I am looking for an active family who is ready for "all things puppy" - hoomans who are open to working with potential play nipping, high energy, and developing leash skills. I promise to repay you with loads of cuddles, kisses, and tail wags!
ENERGY LEVEL - Medium - I'm a puppy!! I can be energetic at times and love to play, but after the right amount of exercise, I switch over to a calm, cuddle bug. The perfect combo, if I do say so myself!
GETS ALONG WITH:
PREY DRIVE - Unknown. I’m not too sure how I’ll react around cats/squirrels/rabbits etc. My adopter needs to be prepared and willing to train me through these behaviours, should they arise.
TRAINING:
Please Note: WCP highly encourages adopters to do some research and training on their own before their dog arrives.
HEALTH NOTES:

The info included in each WCP bio is provided to us from the international rescuer. WCP does not have in-person access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions, although we ask for video proof of a dog's attributes wherever possible. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person(s) adopting them and the environment in which they live.
WCP is unable to guarantee the accuracy of a dogs age and/or breed. These are strictly "best guesses" based on veterinary exams and their educated estimates.
