Hello there, I'm Fred. You may notice something a bit different about me. Yes, that's right, I've only got half a tail! It doesn't slow me down one bit, though. In fact, it adds to my charm, don't you think? I'm known around here for my funny antics. I love to play and make people laugh. I'm quite the entertainer. I've heard humans say laughter is the best medicine, so I'm just doing my part to keep everyone healthy. Now, why should you adopt me? Well, I believe life is better with laughter.
