BEA NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name:  Bea        Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd and retriever mix

Best Guess for Age: 9 months as of January 2025         SEX:   Female

Approximate Weight:   4 lbs as of 1/23/25; she is still growing.

Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen her with kids or cats but she can be tested if you have them.

Currently Living at:  South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here.

Bea is Looking For:  Her forever home! Through no fault of her own this sweetie landed in the shelter. She's not long out of puppyhood and hasn't seen nearly enough of the world. She's eagerly looking forward to having her own humans for romps in the park and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so she can show how super smart she is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And she'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed.

Most of all, though, she wants to know she's safe and loved. In exchange she promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags she's storing up, and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say? Is Bea the one you see by your side?

What My Foster Says About Me:   We will update this once this pup has arrived in the DC area and spent some time in foster care.
