Meet Burt, a sweet and affectionate 1.5-year-old Terrier mix weighing 30 lbs. Burt is a gentle soul who thrives on attention and loves being a cuddle bug. He’s well-behaved, treat-motivated, and already knows commands like “sit” and “lay down,” making him a joy to work with.

Burt gets along well with other dogs and even cats, though he might feel a little scared at first—but never aggressive. He walks nicely on a leash and would make the perfect family dog for someone looking for a loyal and loving companion.

For the benefit of your new family member we ask that you read and sign an adoption contract (available on our website) which outlines our expectations. For dogs our adoption fee is $195 which covers spay, shots, micro-chip, heartworm test, food, medication, veterinary visits and employee expense surrounding our adoptable animals. For cats our adoption fee is $125, which covers spay, shots, feline aids and leukemia test, food, medication, veterinary visits and employee expense surrounding our adoptable animals

Due to the active nature of our property, we always recommend you call before visiting. That being said, we have Team Members who work the kennels Mornings and Evenings.

More about this rescue

We provide animal related services to our local communities. We are currently partnered with multipule cities to provide Animal Control and/or sheltering within their City limits. As part of our daily outreach we pick up stray animals and try to get them back to their owners. In any case where the owner cannot be located and the dog is adoptable we reach out to both the internet community and our local communities to find loving homes.
