My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Better photos to follow!
Meet Rey! After having lost her human family and her home she’ll be joining us on February 1 along with her friend Walter, also on our website. Rey is 17 pounds and about 7 years old. Both are dog and people friendly. We don’t think they’re bonded but if so we’ll adopt them together. Walter and Rey are altered, current on flea/tick prevention, current on vaccines and will have full dental cleaning prior to arrival.
If you would like to meet, foster or adopt help either of these friends please reach out. Walter and Rey are so deserving of a stable, wonderful home after having lost everything they had. They will be arriving in Barnegat NJ on February 1.

Additional adoption info

Interested in meeting one of our dogs? We have an easy Adoption Application which will help us determine a good match for your family and your lifestyle. We require two references and the name of your current vet if you have a resident dog. A home visit will be arranged for a "meet and greet", and if all goes well your new companion will join you soon.

Go meet their pets

As a foster-based organization we have no physical facility and exist solely on the generosity of volunteers and foster families. Meet and greets will be arranged with a prospective adopter and the foster family.
