Meet Kandy

Meet Kandy our sweet as sugar 16 week old beautiful white kitten with tabby markings. She also has a beautiful complementary ringtail tail. Her gorgeous golden soft brown eyes comes complete with eyeliner and one look in those eyes and your heart will totally melt . Kandy is a complete doll and on the petite side and has the perfect blend of calmness and playfulness. She can be quiet at times when you first meet her and is a very delicate acting but confident in her play and climbing abilities . She has been raised at her fosters with her sibling named Koda so if you’re looking for a perfect pair of kitties that love each other . They both have bunny soft fur and are purring machines. The kittens had a bad experience with a dog before arriving at the fosters so it would be best to not have any dogs in their environment. They also will do best in a calmer household.

Submit Application

All applicants must be prepared to provide proof of home ownership or a lease showing the pet will be allowed in the home

Approve Application

applicant will need to provide photos of the property detailing fencing and overall yard. More may be required

3.
Interview

Interviews may be done in person or on the phone or at time of meet and greet.

PETCO - CATS
Cat and kitten adoptions EVERY Saturday from 1-4pm and at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

PETCO - DOGS
Dog and puppy adoptions EVERY Saturday from 12:00-4:00 at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered. Felines are FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
