My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet boy has quiet the story!! He randomly showed up at our ranch and was sharing food with some of our feral cats we walked outside and kissed to him he come running over, we take him inside to scan him for a chip we track down his owners and get cursed out and told they gave him away but don’t know who they gave him to, it was quiet pathetic so we made sure to check this boy out and get him secured and make sure he NEVER ends up in bad hands dumped again. Please reachout to meet this handsome boy! Fully vaccinated, neutered, friendly obedient!! He’s a great boy

More about this rescue

Shay's Strays Animal Rescue provides a temporary, safe home for abandoned, discarded dogs/puppies. Our animals come to us in a variety of ways, the majority of those that we rescue are from high kill shelters, families who can no longer care for them and/or strays roaming the streets. While our goal is to help these animals find safe permanent homes as quickly as possible, we know that some will have a long road ahead, and they are welcome to stay with us for as long as it takes. Often, we provide much needed medical attention, socialization, and training so that the animals in our care have the best chance at a new life.
