Ready for Foster to Adopt!

Toliver is an approximately 2 year-old, 25 pound Boston Terrier mix. Are you in need of a tiny shadow? Toliver is ready to help! This friendly, happy boy wants nothing more than to help you with all of your day to day chores - cleaning, working, gardening, television watching, he is ready to lend a paw! Need to leave him at home? No problem! He is crate trained and will nap until you get home. Want to head out on a road trip? He is ready to help you navigate!

This lovely little boy came to us after he was the victim of a hit and run just before Christmas. Thankfully, nothing was broken, but his back leg was badly dislocated. We have Toliver scheduled for surgery to repair his leg and complete his neuter in February. While he waits, he would love to get to know you and settle into home life so he can recover comfortably with his forever family.

Are you interested in meeting one of our available animals? Please fill out the appropriate online application on our website. We will be in contact with you to arrange a meeting with the rescue pet you are interested in.

Please note that all of our rescue pets are in private foster homes and meetings will be coordinated with foster parents. Typically, after you meet the rescue pet, we will follow up with you to see how the meeting went. If a match is made, we can finalize the adoption quickly. Please note that we may require a home check as part of the application process. Thank you for your interest in our rescue pets!

Adoption fees are between $100 - $400 depending on animal, breed, age.

We operate Pup Plaza (www.pupplaza.org), Silicon Valley's first dog community center where we have monthly adoption events. If you are interested in meeting one of our adoptable dogs at Pup Plaza, please contact adoptions@svpetproject.org.

Cats and dogs are in foster care with volunteers. After completing an application, a meet and greet can be arranged.
