My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there. My name is Tres. And I. am a 10-month Aussie/shepherd mix. I weigh around 40 lbs. pounds. I am shy at first, but I warm up quickly. I like running around the fenced in yard and playing with toys. I get along with dogs. I love to play with my foster pack and with my foster parents. I have not been around cats. At night, I will sleep by the bed, so I can keep an eye on you. I am about 75% house-trained but working on it. If you keep me on a schedule, I am pretty good. I am good on my leash and still need some training. I would prefer a fenced yard, so I can run to burn off my energy. I like to eat and take treats from the foster family. I do not like crates. Additional adoption info

Adoption fees are $225 for dogs over 6 months and $250 for dogs 6 months and younger. This fee includes spay/neuter, rabies shot if dog is over 4 months old, parvo/distemper shots up to the time of adoption, fecal check, microchip, and all dogs are heartworm negative.

Rover Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue group located 40 miles west of Chicago in Aurora, IL. The dogs/puppies in our organization have been rescued from high-kill animal shelters located in Illinois and Indiana.
