Hello! My name is Rosie. I am a beautiful, chill, almost 7 year old Great Pyrenees. I need a home because my human passed away suddenly last month. I miss my human and would love another person or family to bond with. Here are some notes about me from my human’s family:

Rosie gets along well with people and with most dogs; she will sometimes display dominance behavior with other female dogs, but she is never aggressive. She will bark when other dogs are barking; otherwise, she is not an annoying barker. She is housetrained but not crate-trained. She doesn't chew up things in the house. She has never been around cats, so we don't know how she would be with cats.

We have all of Rosie’s vet records since she was a puppy, and all her vaccinations are current. Rosie is currently in a temporary living situation with a family in Kingwood, TX, but no one in our family is able to provide a permanent home or longer-term foster as we already have all the pets we can care for. We can take her within a 6 hr radius of either Houston or Austin easily and are happy to pay transport costs for a good home farther away as well.
