My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Missy is a 3 year old, 63 lb. German Shepherd.

Missy is an absolutely gorgeous lady who, like your typical German Shepherd, loves to be near her people all the time! She is a total sweetheart and seamlessly fits right as a member of the family. She loves playing fetch and running around her yard and because of her breed will need a fenced yard in her forever home. She lived outside for most of her short life before coming to the rescue and now is enjoying her cushy indoor life so much! Missy would love nothing more than to lounge with her family on the couch or a dog bed at night while winding down from the day. She does well with other similarly sized dogs, but doesn't like cats or small animals. She would happily play with her people or other big dogs and if you like walks or hikes, Missy would happily tag along! She walks well on a leash, but sometimes gets excited when going on an adventure and will pull a bit to lead the way, but she can easily be redirected. Missy is 100% potty-trained and crate-trained and has great house manners when her foster family has to leave during the day. She is always patiently awaiting their return though, because she just loves her humans so much! If you are ready for an easy-going, gorgeous girl who will love you to the ends of the earth, apply to meet Missy today!
