My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gemma, a sweet and energetic 2-year-old, 30-pound Husky mix who’s looking for a home where she can run, play, and be the happy companion she’s meant to be! Gemma is house and crate trained, and she loves to race around the house, play fetch, and go for long walks. She’s friendly, outgoing, confident, and playful, and she’s still learning to pick up on cues from other dogs, so she’d do best with those who appreciate her high-energy play style. Due to her energy, Gemma is better suited for a family with kids over 8 years old, as her playful nature might unintentionally knock over smaller children. Gemma would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can run freely and burn off some of her energy. She’s also a big fan of chewing on bones and fluffies, so she knows how to enjoy some quiet downtime after a fun-filled day! If you're looking for an active, loving, and fun-loving dog, Gemma could be your perfect match!

Her minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
