Say hello to Rayne, a small mixed Terrier/Chi breed girl with a lovely personality. Rayne is part of a litter of 7 born around the middle of November because of irresponsible pet owners who did not spay their family dog. The puppies spent the first 7 weeks of her life in a small pen out in the cold on the back deck. Amazingly, this rough beginning does not seem to have dampened her enthusiasm for life or her love of people. Rayne is being fostered together with 2 of her sisters and has a personality slightly more laid back than her sisters. She loves people and loves attention but she will not be the one pushing to the front with a 'me first, me first' vibe. Although she does love to run and play, she projects a calmer energy. She is willing to take more of a 'wait to see what happens' attitude and does not try to be the alpha. We think she would love the attention of children as playmates. She seems to get along fine with other dogs, and although not around cats, we think she'd do well. Her father was a 21 pound, Khasa Apso Cairn Terrier mix, and her mother was a 10 pound Chihuahua. Rayne would love to be by your side sharing her love and devotion! If you are interested in adopting this girl the middle of february, please write to critter cavalry rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com
PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted. Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site. The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive. Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
