Warning: Athena may cause excessive cuteness overload with her big puppy eyes and floppy ears. This precious girl is an 18 lb. bundle of joy. Her favorite activity involves running around with the big dogs (and she outruns most of them)! Athena would do best with an active family who can keep up with her speedy self. She is working on her leash training, as well as basic commands. This love bug is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all of her vaccines!

Almost Home Dog Rescue NC is a small foster-based rescue group in Western Carolina. After volunteering for years in a local county animal shelter, we could not turn away from the dogs that needed our help the most. We have created a home environment with comfy cabins for the pooches in our fun red barn and provide loads of fun, enrichment and training for the pups in our care.
