What my friends at ACC say about me:
My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!
I am looking for a home with a patient person.
I can be slow to adjust to new environments. I prefer to take things at my own pace.
I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.
I will flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home.
I'm sensitive and shy. I'll need extra help from you.
My foster wrote: Gracie tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
Mr. Gray is an enthusiastic young cat with a zest for adventure. He is still learning how to interact properly with hands, and promises that he is working hard on it. He is a bit of a "project" cat, but is also very social with his trusted caretakers. One of his favorite things (besides food, of course), is to rub himself all over a sitting person, with no regard for personal space. He loves playing with toys and will happily disembowel most stuffed toys. Mr. Gray came in with several cats and would likely enjoy having a feline companion. He has perfect litterbox habits. Mr. Gray requires an adult-only home, due to a history of fear aggression. Continued socialization in his new home will help him to adapt. An owner with an appreciation for cattitude will quickly fall in love with Mr. Gray.
