Ruthie!

Ruthie is a busy bundle of energy who hardly ever sits still. Rescued as singleton orphan weanling "on walkabout," she's had to figure out her own world. Succssful in two adult foster homes, she gets along well with humans and assorted kitty housemates. She has zero experience with dogs or children, so go slow and Supervise! Ruthie is adept at entertaining herself for hours with "this and that," but has also mastered basic House living skills and responds well to gentle correction. She isn't the stereotypical perfect lap-sitting snuggler family cat which makes her not a good choice for very small children. She'd do well with experienced, mature cat people, including a cat-savvy older child, but it will be on her terms at least until she feels absolutely comfortable. If this type of cat personality intersts you, she might be the one you seek.
