Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, I’m Silco! I’m a quirky and unique kitty with a tail so long and fancy it could probably have its own fan club—it’s almost twice the length of my body and tipped with white! I’m a quiet, somewhat timid guy who takes his time warming up to people, but I’m playful and curious when I feel safe.
One of my favorite things is batting toys back and forth under a closed door with another cat. I also love jumping, twisting, and leaping around when I play—it’s like I have my own little acrobat routine! I’m cautious when it comes to new animals, but I’m interested in calm, non-threatening cats and may even approach for a sniff if they’re friendly. I’ll keep my distance from dogs but don’t get overly scared as long as they stay calm and respectful.
Right now, I’m still learning to trust humans. I’m not a fan of being pet, and I can get pretty overwhelmed if I feel cornered. Because of that, my ideal family would be patient, understanding, and willing to take the time to build a bond with me. A calm household with little noise, sudden movements, or chaos would help me feel safe, and I’d probably love having a playful, gentle cat sibling to help me come out of my shell.
If you’re ready to take on a rewarding challenge and give a unique cat like me a safe, loving home, I’d love to meet you. Let’s see if we’re a perfect match! XO, Silco
