Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Ambrosia, a playful and affectionate little kitten who’s ready to find her forever home! Ambrosia and her six siblings were found abandoned in the middle of the road on a chilly fall night. Thankfully, a kind Samaritan stepped in to help and brought them to Eastshore, where they’ve blossomed under the care and love they’ve received.
Born on September 21, 2024, Ambrosia is a playful and affectionate kitten with a big personality. She’s sure to brighten up any home with her energetic antics and sweet nature. Ambrosia would thrive in a home with another feline companion (especially a sister) to play with, and she’s also great with children of all ages!
Ambrosia is fully vetted and ready to join a family that will shower her with all the love and attention she deserves. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving kitten to add to your family, Ambrosia might be the one!
Come meet her in person during our open cat viewing hours:
Mondays: 12 PM – 4 PM Fridays: 12 PM – 5 PM Saturdays: 10 AM – 1 PM To adopt, please submit your application online at eastshoreha.org. Approved applications are required before adoption.
Don’t miss the chance to meet Ambrosia and her adorable siblings—they can’t wait to find a loving home where they can grow and thrive!

Additional adoption info
Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:
1. Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.
2. Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.
Adopting a Friend: Adopter will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.
Adoption Requirements:
1. Have verifiable identification
2. Be at least 18 years of age
3. If renting, have landlords consent to bring a pet to your home
4. All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered
5. All pets must leave the shelter on a collar and leash, or in a pet carrier
6. Agree to all terms of the adoption contract; ESHA reserves the right to deny any application
