BARC introduces Gertie. Gertie is a boxer/ pit/American bulldog mix…..and she is ADORABLE! This little nugget is the first one to come out and greet me every time I show up. Her cute little face is to die for. I really can’t catch just how darn cute she is in a photo. She is probably not going to be a huge girl because she is tiny. She came from an oops litter and the owners of mom love the Moma dog. Moma is a doll too. Rescue is paying to have mom spayed. BARC is a non profit rescue serving Brantley County Georgia and the surrounding areas. Our purpose is to assist in the care and rehoming of homeless companion animals who have been abandoned or discarded. We also aim to educate the public on the importance of proper pet care and sterilization so that unwanted litters will not continue to contribute to the problem of homeless pets.
