Can be aggressive by protecting trait. We have raised from puppy age. He is a very loving and responsive to positive reinforcement in training. He doesn’t do well with dogs out of his pack or in his territory that he isn’t or hasn’t become familiar with through slow introductions.
He is intense with energy, but can be very affectionate and craves attention.
He can be confrontational and has bitten a neighbor in the hand through an unsolicited reaching to pet from my neighbor.
The best dog for a farm or someone that’s looking to be at a distance from regular people and animal traffic. Awesome work dog.
