Affectionate and easy-going, all Scooby wants is to be your best friend. He'd be a fantastic companion for someone who works from home. His happy place is being loyal by your side. He just loves his people so much! Cozy couch cuddles and kisses are his forte! Scooby also enjoys having doggie friends. He quickly became buddies with the two dogs in his foster home. Learning basic commands, he seems easy to teach. Good boy! How about his gorgeous, soft, brindle coat perfect for getting lots of petting. Shy when first meeting, but treats go a long way with becoming best friends. Est. birthdate is 5/18/2019, 63 lbs., Adoption fee of $300 includes vaccines up to date, neuter and microchip. Scooby is the perfect package for a person or family looking for a delightful companion!

Two by Two Rescue requires that you be at least 21 years of age and sign an adoption contract. If you have pets, they must be up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered, and on heartworm preventative. A vet reference ( if you have pets) is required. If interested in giving one of our pets a permanent home, please take the first step by completing an adoption application

More about this rescue

Two by Two Rescue began in 2002 when two ladies met and began feeding strays in Old Town Helena, Alabama. The rescue has grown to a 501 C (3) volunteer, no-kill organization. Our goal is to save the lives of abandoned, unwanted, and abused animals, and educate the public about responsible pet care. We care for these rescues in private foster homes. Our animals are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped regardless of breed, age, or medical cost. We receive no state funding or government assistance. We survive by the donations of caring people, fund raising, and adoption fees.
