My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A23995 Summer is a grey and white colored, approximately 13-year-old, 11-pound, spayed female, Domestic Short-Haired Cat.
She entered the shelter as an owner surrender on 11-30-2024 due to the fact they were moving and could not bring a pet.
Summer is a friendly, shy at first, but easy to handle girl here in the shelter. The shelter environment made her nervous, so she was placed in foster care. Her foster Mom says she is a friendly, talkative girl who wants to be the queen of the castle. She does not seem to like younger cats, but does OK with older cats, on her terms. Might be best as the only cat in the home. She does have stage 2 kidney disease and really doesn’t like any special food. She may be the perfect lap cat for someone to love on. Summer will be a loyal, loving companion in her new forever home.
