Hey! I'm Toboggan! I am a super sweet guy looking to really start my life! I have had a little bit of a rough go at life but, I am ready to put it all behind me and start fresh! Not only have I survived the streets but, I survived parvo. Yes, you read that right, parvo. I fought for my life to be here so, as I'm sure you can imagine, I am ready to find my forever. I'm a young boy so I am hoping my new family can help teach me how to be the best boy I know I can be. My foster family says I am very affectionate and love to cuddle once I warm up. I can be a little shy at first, but I promise if you give me some time and patience, I'll be the best friend and companion you've ever had! I just need a little space and time before showing my true silly self.  I am a very curious boy too so I am hoping my new family will take me on all the adventures! If you think you're the family for me, fill out an application and my foster family will be in touch!

More about this rescue

Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non profit registered 501(c)3 no kill rescue shelter. We are a group of volunteers who have dedicated our lives to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused small dogs. We save most of our animals from kill shelters around the valley, but also accept owner surrenders and stray surrenders. Owner surrender fee’s vary depending on space and availability. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine, microchip, and evaluate and/or socialize all dogs that come into our rescue before placing up for adoption to pre-screened homes. We rescue many dogs every week and always have a wide variety of personalities and breeds available who would be a perfect fit for any family and any home.
