She has long floppy ears and soulful eyes. She is a people person and loves to snuggle and sleep in your lap, shower you with kisses or just generally be close. She knows when you're talking to her and listens closely, you can tell by the head tilts back and forth as she works it out. Abbey is fast and happy to run around and be active, though she is just as happy to snuggle on the sofa for nice long naps. Abbey is working on crate training, potty and leash training as well as basic commands. She may let you know with a whine that she needs to go out and has started tapping the door and jingling the potty bells. She enjoys a treat reward for all of her various successes in the yard. Abbey is used to being with other dogs and gets along with them all, including senior dogs. She will fit wonderfully into any size family.
