Meet Valentino – The Ultimate Lovebug with a Winning Smile!

At two years old, Valentino is the sweetest wiggle butt with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! This lovable boy may have been a stray, but he refuses to let his past define his future. He’s all about cuddles, playtime, and finding his forever family.

Valentino adores kids and would love a home where he can be their loyal best friend. He dreams of being a full-time lapdog, showering his humans—big or small—with endless affection. He’s so full of joy that even mealtime turns into a happy dance, complete with a wagging tail! And the best part? Valentino smiles—a big, happy, heart-melting grin that will brighten even the cloudiest days.

He’s also great in the crate and so incredibly grateful for his bed and toys—simple comforts that mean the world to him. After all he’s been through, he knows how to appreciate the little things and will remind you daily how special love and companionship truly are.

Once your application is submitted and approved for the dog you are interested in, someone will call you to start the adoption process

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
