Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are not sure what has happened in Chapo's life before now. He is not a happy dog. He seems to be ok for a bit and then a trigger comes into play and he becomes cujo. We are going to continue to work with him and maybe things will change over some more time with us. We all have to remember that he has not been with us for even a week yet.
