My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sergio, what a handsome boy! He has lived in the same home for his almost 12 years of life after being left tied to the fence at DHS as a puppy.
Sergio finds himself back at DHS because his owner is unable to properly care for him.
Sergio is still full of energy and likes to be active. He is super loving and playful. Sergio does well with other dogs but has not been around cats. Sergio has not been around children, and would do best with older children due to his high energy.
He is house-trained but has never been in a kennel.
Sergio likes to go for car rides and walks well on a leash. He, however, is an escape artist in the yard, and will need secure fencing or be out on a leash.

This handsome older guy would make someone a wonderful walking partner and couch snuggler!
