Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Charlie is a gentle, one-year-old brindle Pitbull with a heart full of love and a story that makes him all the more special. He has a beautiful brown coat with golden specks and striking golden eyes that will melt your heart.Charlie was found stuck under the floorboards of a building under renovation—how he got there remains a mystery. Thanks to a kind and patient foster, he was coaxed out of hiding.
Despite his rough start, Charlie is incredibly smart and well-mannered. In just three weeks, he’s mastered sit, lay down, stay, and roll over (though his “rollover” is mostly just for belly rubs!). He is potty trained, doesn’t jump on furniture, and isn’t a drooler. Most of all, he is deeply loyal and loves being near his person.
Charlie does well with other dogs (his relationship with cats is unknown), and he’s looking for a patient adopter or foster with a compassionate home—someone dedicated to helping him overcome his difficult early start and build confidence. If you’re looking for a loving, intelligent, and devoted companion, Charlie might be the perfect match for you!
