Bartlee's previous owner had to go into a nursing home, and there was no one could keep him, so he found his way to Ruff Love Rescue. He lived as a spoiled lap dog his whole life and can be a bit of a bully. Well actually he is kinda a jerk! He wants to be an only dog and have all your attention. He's a sweet pup when he number one. His birthday is April of 2019. He is a Miniature Schnauzer/ Yorkie mix. He's a sweet boy who just wants a forever home where he can be loved.

Additional adoption info

We require potential adopters to fill out an application, and a home check is also part of the process. We look at each dog and each adopter on an individual basis and work to create a lasting and forever bond. All companion animals must be spayed or neutered, UTD on vaccinations, and on heartworm preventative. Our adoption fee is $250 unless otherwise noted.

Ruff Love was founded by Sue Rogers in response to the overwhelming numbers of abandoned dogs in the Randolph County/Davidson County area. Over time, we have developed a network of volunteers and foster homes. Our rescue efforts are geared toward dogs. We are a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization so all donations to us are tax deductible. Currently, we are caring for over 100 dogs in our program, and almost 70 are adoptable. Most of the dogs that are not up for adoption are either old or are suffering from chronic health conditions. They will live out their days well cared for and comfortable in with Ruff Love Rescue.
