About Betty
You may remember Betty as she has been with us before. She’s the momma dog who came in and gave birth to 11 puppies two years ago. She was adopted but has been sadly surrendered when her owner became no longer able to take care of her. A 3 ½-year-old shepherd/American bulldog mix, Betty is described as very loving, playful, friendly, and energetic. She is reportedly housebroken and gets along with other dogs but chases cats and squirrels. Betty knows how to sit, stay, and shake hands and she walks nicely on a leash. She weighs 90 lb. Let’s get Betty settled into a loving new home ASAP!

Whidbey Animals’ Improvement Foundation (WAIF) is a non-profit organization which was formed in 1990 in an effort to help Whidbey Island’s homeless companion animals.
