Henry is a 1.5-year-old, 60-pound mixed breed who was rescued from Mecklenburg ACC just in time, as he was set to be euthanized due to extreme kennel stress and behavioral concerns. Now in a safe and loving environment, Henry has proven to be an incredibly affectionate and devoted companion to his person. He thrives on deep bonds and will be your most loyal protector and best friend.

While Henry adores his human, he requires slow and patient introductions to new people. He is not dog-friendly and is highly reactive toward other canines, so he will need a home where he can be the only pet. Due to his strong personality, he would do best in a household without children under 12.
