My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rudi! This sweet, shy lab/pit bull mix is looking for a loving family to help him feel safe and secure. Rudi is 2-3 years old, 54 lbs., and was transferred from a local rescue. While he may be a scaredy-cat at first, his affectionate nature shines through quickly once he trusts you. Rudi absolutely LOVES giving hugs—he’ll put his paws on your shoulders and hold on tight while sneaking in sweet little kisses! He gets the zoomies, showing off his playful side. In his kennel, Rudi is calm and quiet and generally keeps his space clean. He’s learning how to walk comfortably on a leash but isn’t much of a puller. What he truly craves is a home where he can feel safe and appreciated for the sweet dog he is. Rudi is a flight risk initially, so he’ll need a family who can ensure he’s always leashed or monitored when outside in a securely fenced area (he could easily jump a lower fence). Rudi is interested in meeting other calm dogs and can be cat-tested if you have feline friends at home. He’s also open to a home with children, as long as they understand his need for patience initially. If you're looking for a loving, snuggly companion to add to your family, Rudi could be your perfect match. Apply at lvpeaceablekingdom.info.
