My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Welcome Blonde Daisey to CCPAL Rescue foster program. She is a 2-year old White Shepherd/Lab mixed dog. She is good in a crate, good with a cat, good in a car, potty trained and good with a teenager. She didn’t jump up on me, which was great. She does pull some on leash and will need some consistent leash work. She currently lives with a family but they work many hours each day and she spends a lot of time in her kennel. She is good in a crate and very sweet but this family doesn’t feel they are giving her enough to make her happy and that a more active home would be best. Anyone who has owned a shepherd will know that they are energetic and smart. They will do best with physical and mental stimulation. An active dog is best with a a like minded and active family. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is smart and will be a fun one to train. She is vaccinated, spayed, healthy and ready for her forever home. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200 if we use a transporter to get her to her forever home. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 if you have any questions. Please go to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com with questions. You can get an application online at www.ccpalrescue.org.

Go meet their pets

We are in Pipe Creek, Texas on an acreage. We will be using a transporter to deliver the dogs to New Jersey once they are adopted. We can let you speak to our Kennel Manager, Troy, who works with the dogs everyday. We also will provide the most current pictures and videos to help in your decision. Only the very best dogs will be transported.

Since 2002, CCPAL has rescued nearly 5,000 animals. We are in constant need of foster homes for these pets until we find them homes. Our pets are in kennels on an acreage in Texas. We can use a transporter to get them outside of Texas if we find a great home.
